Renal Essentials Pro Liquid is chicken flavored.

Astragalus Root Powder 60 mg, Rehmannia glutinosa Root Extract 50 mg, Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) Extract 50 mg, Cordyceps sinensis Extract 50 mg, N,N-Dimethylglycine HCl (DMG) 25 mg, Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.05 mg

Chicken flavor, glycerin, malt extract, natural flavor (cream flavor), potassium sorbate, rosemary extract, water

Give as directed by a veterinarian. 

Give 2 ml daily orally or in food. Daily amount may be divided between morning and evening.

Give the dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose, and continue with the regular schedule. Do not give 2 doses at once.

These products are usually well tolerated and adverse reactions are uncommon at recommended doses. If your pet is using this medication for the first time please watch for any allergic reactions that might occur, if your pet develops a rash, etc call you veterinarian immediately. If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.

Make sure to tell your veterinarian what other medication you are giving to your pet. Quite often your veterinarian may prescribe two different medications, even if a drug interaction may occur. In this case, your veterinarian may vary the dose and/or monitor your pet more closely.

Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together.

For animal use only. Some pets may consider this a treat.  In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately.  Store in a cool, dry place. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven.  If animals condition worsens or does not improve, discontinue product and consult veterinarian.  Not to be used in animals experiencing diarrhea.

Allergic reactions to medications may occur. Be sure to inform VetSource and your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies. If your pet displays symptoms of an allergic reaction, call your veterinarian immediately or go to a veterinary emergency clinic. Symptoms may include but are not limited to: swollen lips, tongue, face, airways; difficulty breathing; agitation; profuse salivation; vomiting; widespread hives and itching.

Store at controlled room temperature. Keep this medicine out of reach of children. Store in a childproof container. Store this medicine in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not store this medicine in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink or in damp places. The medicine may break down if exposed to heat or moisture.
