How do I shop online at Feeders Pet Supply?

Should I setup up an online store account?

  • You can either setup a free online store account or shop as a guest.
  • By creating an online store account, you can easily manage all of your account details as well as qualify for AutoOrder and AutoOrder benefits.

Will my online purchases continue to qualify for the Feeders Pet Supply Rewards program?

  • Yes. Online orders earn Rewards points automatically, just like in-store purchases. Any eligible food, litter and bedding purchases will also be added to your frequency lists at that time, so you can continue to earn free products.
  • If you have an account setup with our online store, make sure that the phone number on your online account matches the phone number you use for your Rewards account.
  • If you are shopping as a guest, enter the phone number attached to your Rewards account when finalizing your purchase.

Can I use coupons?

  • If you’ve earned coupons through the Rewards program, the coupons will be applied automatically at the time your order is being prepared and picked at the store; however the coupons will apply after your online payment was made. Your payment will be refunded for the value of the coupon.
  • Coupons may not be combined with other offers.
  • At this time, we’re unable to take manufacturer coupons or any other coupons online.

Will the sale prices in the store be the same online?

  • Advertised discounts and special prices will be the same online and in store. Occassionally, we may offer an "online only" promotion on our website, but it will be clearly designated as "online only." Also, certain promotional offers that require multiple items to qualify may not be available online.

How would I return something I purchased online?

  • All returns must be processed in-store only. The same refund policy as in-store purchases applies for items bought online

Home Delivery FAQ

Is Home Delivery available where I live?

  • Home Delivery is generally available within 10 miles of any of our locations. Wondering about your location?

How do I place an order for Home Delivery?

  • During checkout, select Home Delivery for any items you wish to have delivered.

On what days do you deliver?

  • Home Delivery is available every day except: Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

At what times do you deliver?

  • Orders are typically delivered between 2 pm and 7 pm. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic issues or severe weather could delay your delivery. If so, we will notify you about your delivery status.

Is there a cutoff time for Home Delivery?

  • Orders received before 2 pm during regular hours will typically be delivered the same day, by 7 pm.
  • Orders received after 2 pm will be delivered on the next regular delivery day, by 7 pm.

Is Home Delivery free?

  • Home Delivery is free for all purchases over $39 (before tax).
  • All other orders (less than $39 before tax) will be charged a $4.95 delivery fee.

Is there a minimum purchase for Home Delivery?

  • No.

What if I'm not home?

  • If you are not able to answer your door when we knock, the order will be placed neatly near the front door, unless you provided other instructions at checkout.
  • If you are home, delivery drivers will deliver orders to your door but they’re unable to enter your house.

In-Store Pickup FAQ

Is In-Store Pickup offered where I shop?

  • Yes, both options are available at all of our locations.

Are these Pickup services available every day?

  • Yes, except for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and any day the store may be closed for extraordinary circumstances.

How do I order for In-Store Pickup?

  • During checkout, select In-Store Pickup for any items you wish to pick up.
  • You’ll be assigned a store based on your current location but you can change your preferred store during checkout.

Can you explain how In-Store Pickup works?

  • When you place an order online, choose In-store Pickup. Once your order has been received by the store and is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email from us.
  • When you arrive at the store to pick up your order, please ask an associate where the designated pickup spot is located

Once I place my order, when will it be ready for Pickup?

  • Once we receive your order, it normally takes two hours to have it ready for pickup. When your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification from us.

Is there a cutoff time for Pickup services?

  • As long as we have received your order two hours before closing, your order will be ready for pickup that day.
  • If you've placed an order within two hours of closing, your order will be ready when the store opens the next business day.
  • If you placed an order outside of store hours, your order will be ready two hours after we open on the next business day.

Is In-Store Pickup free?

  • Yes. There are no added fees for this service, and no minimum purchase required.

Why do I need to bring my ID?

  • In order to ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we ask that you bring identification upon picking up your order. This helps ensure that the person picking up the order is the same person who placed it. This reduces the risk of unauthorized individuals claiming orders meant for someone else. In the event of a family member or friend picking up the order, we ask that they bring their identification and the order confirmation email.

What is AutoOrder?

  • AutoOrder is a convenient way to have your pets’ favorite items delivered to you on a schedule you choose. You can modify your AutoOrders at any time.

Why should I choose AutoOrder?

  • AutoOrder is the most convenient and safest way to purchase your pets’ products.
  • Save 35% on your first AutoOrder order, up to $35 in savings.
  • Save 8% on all instance AutoOrder orders.

How do I schedule an AutoOrder?

  • First, you’ll need to setup a free account with our online store. The phone number you enter for your online account should match the phone number you use for your Rewards account.
  • When checking out, select AutoOrder for any item you wish to schedule.
  • You’ll be able to customize the time frame between deliveries.
  • When your scheduled delivery date arrives, you’ll receive emails informing you when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered.

Can AutoOrder be scheduled for In-Store Pickup?

  • Yes, you can have your favorite items paid for and ready to pick-up on the dates most convenient for you. When purchasing an item, just click on Auto-Delivery.
  • Each time your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Your order will be paid for and ready to pick up at your convenience, on the dates you choose.

How do I change my AutoOrder schedule or details?

  • You can change your AutoOrder settings at any time by logging into your account. To apply changes to your next delivery, you would need to submit those changes at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Is AutoOrder Free?

  • AutoOrder is free for In-Store Pickup. It’s also free on all Home Deliveries over $39. Home Deliveries under $39 are subject to a $4.95 delivery fee
