Feeders Pet Supply Pet Sticker Contest – Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Feeders Pet Supply (“Sponsor”), with participating retail locations throughout its operating regions.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of regions where Feeders Pet Supply operates retail stores.
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Feeders Pet Supply, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Pets submitted must be owned by the entrant or submitted with the owner’s permission.
3. Contest Timeline
- Submission Period: Monday, April 13, 2026 – Wednesday, April 22, 2026
- Voting Period: April 23, 2026 – April 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM (midnight)
- Final Selection Period: April 29–April 30, 2026
- Winner Announcement: May 1, 2026
- Sticker Production & Release: Sticker production will take approximately 4–5 weeks following final design approval, with in-store distribution expected in June 2026 (exact date TBD)
Sponsor reserves the right to modify the timeline at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
- Participants must submit a photo of their pet via the official Woobox entry form.
- Limit one (1) entry per pet (multiple pets may be submitted as separate entries).
- Entries must include all required information to be considered valid.
5. Photo Requirements
By submitting an entry, participants agree that:
- Photos must be clear, well-lit, and high-quality.
- The pet must be clearly visible and the primary subject of the image.
- No copyrighted, watermarked, or heavily edited images are allowed.
- Offensive, inappropriate, or unsafe content will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet these requirements.
6. Voting & Selection Process
- After the submission period ends, eligible entries will be opened to public voting via the Woobox platform.
- Each participant may vote according to the rules set within the platform.
- Voting will close on April 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM (midnight).
- The top three (3) entries with the highest number of votes will advance to the final round.
Final Round Process:
- Feeders Pet Supply will review all entries and voting activity from the top three finalists to ensure compliance with contest guidelines, including photo requirements and voting integrity.
- Only entries that pass this review will proceed to the final round.
- The final winner will be selected through a combination of:
- Feeders Pet Supply’s internal review, and
- Audience engagement/selection via Feeders Pet Supply’s Facebook platform.
Sponsor reserves the right to monitor voting activity and disqualify fraudulent or automated votes at any stage of the contest.
7. Winner Selection & Prize
- The winning pet will be announced on May 1, 2026.
- The winning pet will be turned into a custom sticker design created by Feeders Pet Supply’s designated artist.
- The artist will create a cartoon-style illustration based on the submitted photo.
- A mockup proof of the sticker design will be provided prior to production.
- While the winner may be given the opportunity to review the mockup, Feeders Pet Supply is not obligated to accommodate requested edits, feedback, or creative direction.
The final design decision remains solely at the discretion of Feeders Pet Supply and its artist.
No cash alternative or substitution will be provided.
8. Rights & Usage
By entering, participants grant Feeders Pet Supply:
- A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted photos, pet likenesses, pet names, and owner first names for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
- The right to modify submitted content for design purposes (including cartoonization by the artist).
- The right to feature the pet’s name and the owner’s first name and/or general location (e.g., city or region) in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, website content, and in-store displays.
The winning entry may be used in stores, online, social media, and promotional materials without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Feeders Pet Supply from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
10. Privacy
Information submitted through the entry form will be used in accordance with Feeders Pet Supply’s privacy policy and solely for contest administration and marketing communications.
11. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
