Feeders Pet Supply Summer Dog Basket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must reside in an area served by Feeders Pet Supply and be able to pick up the prize in-store. Employees of Feeders Pet Supply and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Monday, June 16, 2025, and ends on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be contacted on Monday, June 30, 2025.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Follow @FeedersPetSupply on Instagram.
Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post.

Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story for two (2) extra entries. (Note: The Story must be public at the time of posting to be eligible for verification.)

4. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from the official @FeedersPetSupply account. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive a Summer Dog Gift Basket, curated by Feeders Pet Supply, which includes:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item. The winner must pick up the prize in person at their chosen Feeders Pet Supply store location.

6. General Conditions

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Feeders Pet Supply, which are final.
Disqualification: Feeders Pet Supply reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or appears fraudulent.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Feeders Pet Supply to use their name, likeness, and submitted photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy: Any personal information collected will be used solely to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment.

7. Modification & Termination

Feeders Pet Supply reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
