Feeders Pet Supply Valentine’s Day Gift Basket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must reside in an area where Feeders Pet Supply operates and be able to pick up the prize in-store. Employees of Feeders Pet Supply and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, and ends on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be contacted on Monday, February 10, 2025.

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @FeedersPetSupply on Instagram.
2. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
3. Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story for two (2) extra entries (Story must be public for verification).

4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and notified via direct message on Instagram from the official @FeedersPetSupply account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive a Valentine’s Day gift basket curated by Feeders Pet Supply, valued at approximately $100. The contents of the basket will be displayed in the giveaway announcement reel. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. The winner must pick up the prize in-store at their preferred Feeders Pet Supply location.

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and the decisions of Feeders Pet Supply, which are final. Feeders Pet Supply reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or is deemed fraudulent.

2. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Feeders Pet Supply permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

3. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for administration.
