How do I enroll in the AutoOrder program?
1. Login or create an account. 2. Browse our website and place your furry friend’s item in the cart. 3. Check the box directly underneath your product and choose the frequency in which you would like to receive your AutoOrder. 4. Place your order, and set it and forget it!

Are there any item or discount exclusions?
Yes. Certain products are not available for AutoOrder. Products that are missing discount previews are currently not in the program. The first and recurring AutoOrder discount may vary depending on current and future promotions.

Why has the price of an item in my AutoOrder changed?
Prices may fluctuate from the time the AutoOrder was placed to the order’s next delivery or pickup date. The recurring discount, if eligible, will be applied to the price of the items in the order the day the replenishment order is placed.

How do I change my order frequency?
While logged into your Feeders Pet Supply account, go to the “AutoOrders” tab. Click the edit button located on your AutoOrder description. You will be able to change the next order date, and most importantly, the frequency. The frequency ranges are weekly, every two weeks, every month, every 6 weeks, and every 2 months. Please note that currently changing your next order date to the current day is not supported. Please call (888) 667-1214 for assistance.

How do I update my credit card on file?
While logged onto your Feeders Pet Supply account, go to the “Payment Methods” tab. Click the edit button located on your default payment method to update billing or security information or add a new payment method altogether. The payment method you would like to use for your subscription order will NEED to be set as the default payment method.

How do I update my address?
While logged into your Feeders Pet Supply account, go to the “AutoOrders” tab. Click the edit button located on your AutoOrder description. You will be able to change the shipping address for your AutoOrder by selecting "edit" below the shipping address. After you have made the final changes, make sure to save your updates.

How do I cancel my AutoOrder?
While logged into your Feeders Pet Supply account, go to the “AutoOrders” tab. Click the edit button located on your AutoOrder description. You will be able to cancel or pause your subscription.
