Billing Terms

If available, you may enroll in the AutoOrder subscription service through our website. When you enroll in AutoOrder, you authorize us to automatically place recurring orders for the same product(s) at the frequency you select, until you modify or cancel your participation in AutoOrder. Prices may fluctuate between the time the AutoOrder is placed and the date of the next delivery or pickup. The recurring 8% discount will be applied to the price of the items on the day the replenishment order is placed. By participating in AutoOrder, we will automatically create and process new orders at the frequency you define when you set up your order schedule, until you or Feeders Pet Supply cancel your participation in AutoOrder.

By enrolling in AutoOrder, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Feeders Pet Supply (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on the date of your initial order and thereafter on a periodic basis (e.g., weekly, monthly) for each product(s) you select for AutoOrder, plus any applicable taxes or other charges, until you choose to cancel your participation in AutoOrder. By participating in AutoOrder, you consent to automatic recurring billing and authorize us or our third-party payment processor to submit periodic charges without further authorization, unless you provide prior written notice to change your payment method or cancel your participation in AutoOrder.

We will cancel your participation in AutoOrder if your credit card is canceled or expires and you do not provide a valid alternative card to continue AutoOrder. We will continue charging the credit card you used for your initial AutoOrder order unless you direct us otherwise. Please note that some offer details may change over time (such as price, taxes, availability, or applicable shipping charges). If an item is unavailable when we attempt to fulfill your order, you authorize us to fulfill the order with a similar item that we believe will meet your expectations. We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your AutoOrder at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will only be charged for orders that have been received by you.
