-
What is a temperament check?
Temperament tests help us identify which dogs will be approved to stay at our boarding facility. We will evaluate your dog’s physical and mental characteristics and their reaction to the characteristics of other dogs alike. This will lower the risk of accepting dogs that may cause harm to staff or other animals.
-
Does my dog get to play with other dogs while boarding?
No. Each boarding dog receives individualized care for feedings, potty breaks, playtimes, and more. If you'd like your dog to participate in our regular daycare program, please add a full day or half day of group play.
-
What are the pickup and drop off times for boarding?
Drop off is between 7:00AM and 7:00PM, while Pickup is between 7:00AM and Noon, the following day.
-
My dog has special needs and requirement, can you accommodate?
Absolutely! Before your pet stays, we ask that you notify us of any health related conditions.
-
Do I need to bring food for my pet?
Yes. Being away from home can be challenging, and trying new food can make it even tougher. To ensure your pet is as happy and comfortable as possible, please bring individually bagged, pre-portioned meals for them.
-
What happens if my pet has an emergency?
If your pet has a pre-existing condition or becomes ill and requires medical attention, we will make every effort to notify you and your emergency contact. We will try to use your pet’s personal veterinarian, but if the situation demands, we will take all necessary steps to ensure their health.
