Online order and pickup
I ordered for the 1st time online since there was a 10% off coupon for my 1st order. The store sent an email saying it was ready to pick up. I got to the store and there were three 7lb bags of peanuts ready for me to pick up. I ordered three 25lb bags of peanuts which was over $100. The worker told me I ordered 7lb bags. I said not for over $100, I didn't. She checked again and agreed with me that is was the 25lb bags. Well, then she tells me they don't have them available. They were available when I ordered and since she did not set them aside, I'm assuming, they were sold and now I drove all that way to pick up nothing. The cashier said I had to contact someone else to get a refund! What?! You screw up then make me chase down my refund?! This was ridiculous. And my 10% coupon has expired which was the only reason I ordered. I told them I would wait till they get their delivery in and try to pick them up..........again. Terrible customer service.
