Burkmann Feeds Peanuts

I ordered for the 1st time online since there was a 10% off coupon for my 1st order. The store sent an email saying it was ready to pick up. I got to the store and there were three 7lb bags of peanuts ready for me to pick up. I ordered three 25lb bags of peanuts which was over $100. The worker told me I ordered 7lb bags. I said not for over $100, I didn't. She checked again and agreed with me that is was the 25lb bags. Well, then she tells me they don't have them available. They were available when I ordered and since she did not set them aside, I'm assuming, they were sold and now I drove all that way to pick up nothing. The cashier said I had to contact someone else to get a refund! What?! You screw up then make me chase down my refund?! This was ridiculous. And my 10% coupon has expired which was the only reason I ordered. I told them I would wait till they get their delivery in and try to pick them up..........again. Terrible customer service.

These nuts bring all the woodpeckers and bluejays to our yard. They live them and there are never any empty shells. Top quality at a good price.

I'm usually happy with them, but this bag has a lot of dark brown to black shells.
