Coupon Terms and Conditions

Distribution 

Distribution of coupons issued by Feeders Pet Supply is subject to certain limitations. Coupons are intended for use by individual customers and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties without explicit consent from Feeders Pet Supply. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the coupon distribution system may result in the revocation of coupon privileges and other applicable actions. Feeders Pet Supply retains the discretion to modify or terminate coupon distribution policies at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to each customer/household or business. Coupon expiration times are based on the Eastern Time Zone.

 

Minimum Purchase Requirement

Certain promotions and discounts provided by Feeders Pet Supply may have a minimum purchase requirement. To avail of these offers, customers must meet the specified minimum purchase amount, exclusive of taxes and other fees. The minimum purchase requirement is applied before the application of any coupons, discounts, or promotions. If the minimum purchase is not met, Feeders Pet Supply reserves the right to refuse the application of the discount or promotion.

 

Product Specific Requirement

Promotions at Feeders Pet Supply are valid only for specific products as indicated in the promotion details. Not all products are included in promotional offers. Promotions are subject to availability and may apply to selected brands, product categories, or individual items. Coupons are not eligible for application on prescription items. This includes any products or services that require a prescription or veterinary authorization. The coupon is valid for other eligible non-prescription items but cannot be applied towards prescription-related expenses. 

 

Limit

By using coupons issued by Feeders Pet Supply, please be aware that only one coupon can be applied per transaction. Coupons cannot be combined or stacked with other offers or promotions, including loyalty coupons, the first AutoOrder discount, and brand credit coupons. Each coupon is valid for a single use only and must be surrendered at the time of transaction. Coupons are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

 

Rewards Vouchers

Rewards can be redeemed at all Feeders Pet Supply locations and online. Please note that only one voucher can be applied per transaction and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions. Rewards vouchers cannot be used for pharmacy items, services, or gift cards.

 

Brand Rebates

Brand rebates must be applied to the brand that issued the coupon. The participating brands in the program are A Pup Above, Acana, Applaws, Blue Buffalo, Boss Dog, Bully Max, Dr. Marty, Eagle Pet Food, Earth Animal, Earthborn, Eukanuba, Fromm, Fussie Cat, Holistic Select, Honest Kitchen, Iams, Incredipet, Intuition, Karma, Koha, Merrick, Natural Balance, Nature’s Balance, Nature’s Variety, North Coast Seafood, Nulo, Nutrisource, Orijen, Pet Wash, Portland, Primal, Pro Plan, Professional, Pure Flight, Rachel Ray’s, Royal Canin, Science Diet, Squarepet, Stella & Chewy’s, Taste of the Wild, Tuckers, Ultimates, Vital Essentials, Wellness, Weruva, and Zignature.

Subscriptions 

Subscription discounts vary depending on product type. The 35% off discount applied to the first AutoOrder cannot be used on the same item(s) more than once. Prices may fluctuate from the time the AutoOrder was placed to the order’s next delivery or pickup date. The recurring discount of up to 8% will be applied to the price of the items in the order the day the replenishment order is placed.

 

Services

Promotions are not applicable on pet services. Services include, but are not limited to, grooming, nail trim clinics, pet boarding, pet daycare, express bathing services, dog training, and wellness clinic visits. As part of our commitment to rewarding our valued customers, Feeders Pet Supply may periodically send out RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) coupons. These exclusive coupons are tailored based on your recent interactions, frequency of visits, and monetary contributions to our services. These special offers are our way of expressing appreciation for your loyalty. Coupons cannot be applied to pet adoptions. They are valid only for other eligible products or services and cannot be used for adoption-related expenses. Feeders Pet Supply supports responsible pet adoption and encourages the consideration of adopting a furry friend from our select facilities. 

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be applied to online orders. Gift cards are available for purchase in-store only. No coupons or promotions may be applied to gift card purchases.
