Exactly what you'd expect
Bought for our kitty. While I feel it's a little pricey, it does go up to 19lbs. We don't anticipate our cat getting that large but hey! You never know. But I feel most "cat carriers" are up to 10lbs. I like the wiggle room of weight. The springs are easy enough for me to unlatch one handed, but strong enough my toddler can not. Happy over all with this carrier besides the screws being a little awkward to tighten.
