Online Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Returns are processed in-store and must include the original receipt/invoice or order confirmation email. Some exclusions may apply, see store associates for details.

Any online orders regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect products will need to be addressed within 15 days of the order completion date. Please reach out to customer service at (888) 667-1214 for assistance regarding your order.

Animal Return Policy

The pet must be returned to the same location at which it was purchased. No refunds or exchanges will be made, except in the following instances:

1. Allergies to pets, within the first seven (7) days. The pet may be returned for a refund or a credit. Must be accompanied by the cash register receipt. We will refund only those supplies that have been unopened or unused.

2. Illness, hereditary defect, or death within the first seven (7) days. The pet may be returned for a refund or a credit. Feeders Pet Supply reserves the right to either hold the pet for treatment at the store until it is well enough to return to the owner or to exchange the pet for a healthy one. Feeders Pet Supply is not responsible for bills incurred if the owner chooses to take the pet to a veterinarian. All returns must be accompanied by the dated cash register receipt and pet.

3. Because the sex of small animals is difficult to determine at times, no returns will be made due to gender.

Freshwater 14 Day Gurantee

In the unfortunate event that your new livestock passes away within 14 days of purchase, an exchange will be made. Please bring in the following: (1) The original receipt of purchase. (2) A ¼ cup of sample water from the aquarium. (3) The deceased livestock (in a separate container from the above sample water).

If the sample water chemistry is within normal ranges, a refund or exchange will be issued. If the sample water test results fail, out store associate will gladly assist you on the correct steps to ensure safe water levels for your pet.
