Boric acid, water, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfate, sulfuric acid, tyloxapol. 
Usage
Tobramycin solution should be administered as directed by your veterinarian. Administer prescribed dose by pulling down on the bottom lid of your pet’s eye and dropping the prescribed drop(s) into the eye. Exercise proper caution not to touch the dropper or tube opening to any surface including eyes or hands as that may contaminate the sterile surface. Wash hands before and after application. If using with other eye drops, separate dosing by 5 minutes.
After opening, can be used until the expiration date on the bottle.
Missed Doses
Give the dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose, and continue with the regular schedule. Do not give 2 doses at once.
Side Effects
Side effects may include hypersensitivity (lid itching, swelling, redness of the eye) has been reported rarely. Mydriasis (dilation of pupil) and conjunctival paresthesias (stinging, numbness, watering of the eye) may also occur. This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.
Drug & Food Interactions
The following drugs can potentially interact with tobramycin: gentamicin, amphotericin B, ketoconazole, erythromycin, cimetidine, phenobarbital, and phenytoin. Contact your veterinarian if your animal experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together.
Make sure to tell your veterinarian what other medication or supplements you are giving to your animal. Quite often your veterinarian may prescribe two different medications, even if a drug interaction may occur. In this case, your veterinarian may vary the dose and/or monitor your animal more closely. 
Cautions
This medication does not have an FDA approved indication for use in animals, but it is a common and acceptable practice for veterinarians to prescribe this human medication for use in animals.
Do not use tobramycin ophthalmic if your pet has a viral or fungal infection in the eye. It is used to treat infections caused by bacteria only.
Do not use other eye drops or medications during treatment with tobramycin ophthalmic unless otherwise directed by your veterinarian.
Allergic reactions to medications may occur. Be sure to inform VetSource and your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies. If your pet displays symptoms of an allergic reaction, call your veterinarian immediately or go to a veterinary emergency clinic. Symptoms may include but are not limited to: swollen lips, tongue, face, airways; difficulty breathing; agitation; profuse salivation; vomiting; widespread hives and itching.

Storage
Store at 36°F to 77°F in controlled room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Keep this medicine out of reach of children. Store in a childproof container. Store this medicine in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not store this medicine in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink or in damp places. The medicine may break down if exposed to heat or moisture.
